River Plate shirt 2008-09 season



River Plate established in 1901 from the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Núñez, and River Plate plays at the Estadio Monumental Antonio Vespucio Liberti with the capacity 65,700.
In Copa Libertares 2008, River Plate exit early losing to San Lorenzo in the second round and
elimination at the Quarter-final stage of Copa Sudamericana 2008 by the Mexican team Chivas and a poor run of form of 11 domestic games without a win which left them bottom of the Primera División Argentina with only six games remaining.
River Plate shirt these season were worn by talented players such Radamel Falcao, Sebastian Abrau, Rodrigo Archubi and Ariel Ortega
River Plate camisetas black away for 08/09 same design as home kits. River Plate trademark red diagonal stripe across the kit is in place over a black shirt, that has manufacturers adidas’s logo in the centre of it, in white with the 3 stripes over the shoulder in white.



My first Copa Sudamericana 2008 team kits illustrated, Club Atlético River Plate from Argentine Primera Division. New 2008-09 River Plate camisetas is manufactured again by adidas and is traditional in design, trademark red diagonal stripe across the kit (representing a red ribbon) is in place over a white shirt. River Plate shirt adidas’s logo in the centre of it, in red with the 3 stripes over the shoulder in black.The River Plate badge is on the left chest with the red ribbon behind it, on the back of the shirt, by the neck is written 'El Mas Grande' (The biggest) in black. The River Plate shirt also will be worn with black short and white socks.


The UEFA Champions league team kits still on progress.

Hi. I love this blog, I think you do a fantastic job. Just one clarification regarding River Plate shirt: the translation for "El más grande" is actually "The biggest", as River Plate claims that is the biggest and most important futbol team of Argentina.
